Wow! It has been a while, I started my personal chef business, continued to grow my Hulafrog site (and joining the national team), also while jumping into an amazing wellness business. It has been an absolute honor to spend 2022 helping others feel their best selves, with meal prep and wellness products.

Specializing in lightened up comfort food. I have spent years working with dietary restrictions including gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo, grain-free, and microbiome support. I love finding healthier ways to create some of the classics.
